Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Install," "Accept," or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (b) you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business; (c) your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and (d) you are at least 18 years of age.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fewbits. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Description of Service
Syncbits operates as a multi-platform synchronization tool that uses your Shopify store as the single source of truth for product data. The Service retrieves Merchant Data from Shopify — including product names, descriptions, pricing, inventory quantities, images, and availability status — and attempts to propagate those changes to connected Third-Party Platforms.
The Service may synchronize, among other things:
- Product prices and price changes
- Product names and descriptions
- Inventory quantities and stock levels
- Product availability (active/inactive status)
- Product images and media
- Category and menu assignments (where supported by Third-Party Platforms)
Synchronization is directional from Shopify to Third-Party Platforms. The Service does not currently synchronize data in the reverse direction unless explicitly stated in a separate feature description.
New integrations, platforms, or features may be released in beta. Beta features are provided AS IS without warranty of any kind and may be discontinued, changed, or modified at any time without notice.
Limitations of the Service
Syncbits does not guarantee that any synchronization attempt will be completed successfully or within any specific timeframe. Synchronization failures may occur due to, but are not limited to: downtime or API changes by Shopify or Third-Party Platforms, rate limiting, data format incompatibilities, network outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.
Even when the Service is fully operational, synchronization is not instantaneous. There may be delays between a change made in Shopify and its appearance on Third-Party Platforms. You acknowledge this risk and agree that we bear no liability for any orders accepted or transactions conducted by Third-Party Platforms on the basis of outdated data during any synchronization delay.
The Service is fundamentally dependent on Third-Party Platforms accepting and correctly processing synchronized data. We have no control over whether Wolt, Uber Eats, or any other Third-Party Platform will accept, apply, display, or retain synchronized data.
You are solely responsible for verifying that synchronized data has been correctly applied on each Third-Party Platform after making changes in Shopify. We strongly recommend that you independently log in to each Third-Party Platform and confirm that data has been updated correctly.
In the event of a pricing discrepancy between your Shopify store and a Third-Party Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Syncbits is not liable for any financial loss; any dispute regarding an incorrect price is solely between you and that Third-Party Platform; and you are responsible for maintaining correct pricing on all platforms.
Shopify Platform
The Service is built on and requires access to the Shopify platform. You must have a valid Shopify account and comply with Shopify's own Terms of Service. Syncbits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Shopify Inc. except as may be expressly stated. Shopify may change, restrict, or terminate its API access at any time, which may impact or disable the Service entirely.
Merchant Obligations
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all Merchant Data in your Shopify store.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and all requirements of each Third-Party Platform to which you synchronize data.
You agree not to use the Service to transmit false or fraudulent product information, circumvent Third-Party Platform policies, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Limitation of Liability
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syncbits from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any Third-Party Platform terms or applicable law.
Service Availability & Maintenance
Syncbits will endeavor to maintain reasonable availability but does not commit to any specific uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, modify or discontinue features, and update integrations at any time.
Termination
Syncbits reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. Contact: Fewbits · legal@syncbits.app

Data Sharing & Disclosure
We transmit Merchant Data to Third-Party Platforms (e.g. Wolt, Uber Eats) you configure. We may share data with trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
Data Security
We use TLS/HTTPS, encrypt sensitive credentials at rest, and apply access controls. No method is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping your Shopify credentials confidential.
Data Retention
We retain data while your account is active or as needed for the Service and legal obligations. Upon uninstallation we will process deletion requests within 30 days (consistent with GDPR). You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@syncbits.app. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Third-Party Platforms
This Policy does not cover the data practices of Shopify, Wolt, Uber Eats, or other third-party services. We encourage you to review each platform's privacy policy.
Cookies & Tracking
The Service may use cookies and session tokens for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies in your browser; disabling some may affect functionality.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by notice in the Service or by email.
